Radtrak² – Long term measurement
Radtrak2® is an alpha track detector which can be used for long term measurement (91 days or more). The exceptionally large range of this detector allows measurement of radon levels from as low as 15 Bq/m3 to as high as 25,000 Bq/m3 over a 3 month period. The detector consists of a film element located within a pod made from a special antistatic plastic which allows radon gas to enter by diffusion. Analysis is performed using a state-of-the-art image scanner.
